Refund/Return Policy

At TheHomeDelivery.com return policy is simple and hassle-free. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product back to us. No phone calls required.

Typically a company representative will reach your home to pick up the items to be returned. In rare cases, you might need to return items directly to us. The CRO process will alert you if your pincode is not covered. Product should reach us on our address within 30 days. Our address is:

We have certain policies with regard to returns. Kindly go over them,
  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt in the original box.

  • In case you receive a damage or defective product contact us within 24hours from the time of delivery.

  • Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.

  • Sachets/ packets accompanying the box should not be opened/ tampered with.

Some exclusions apply. Please bear with us!
  • Sarees, suits, dress materials can be returned within 30 days.

  • Innerwear (except Night Suits and Night Wear) cannot be returned.

  • Real, Precious/Semi-Precious Jewellery and Bullion cannot be returned.

  • For Electronics, items returned due to manufacturing defect will need a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Certificate or a Replacement Certificate from the authorized brand.

  • Bath and Beauty (except Fragrances) cannot be returned. In case of Fragrances, the seal must be intact.

  • Stuffed/Soft Toys cannot be returned.

  • Items of the Fashion Street Brand cannot be returned.

Refunds
  • Refunds will be made through NEFT payment or through original payment option chosen during placement of order.
